Dr. Jack Brown

As a body language and emotional intelligence expert, Dr. Brown works with negotiators, C-level executives, clinicians, officeholders, law enforcement, missing persons investigations, cold case investigations, high-end sales professionals, politicians, crisis management, attorneys, Hollywood film and TV directors, actors, private clients, and those individuals interested in self improvement — both to accurately interpret others' body language — as well as the projecting of one’s own nonverbal signals in the many nuanced contexts of professional and interpersonal life.
Dr. Brown has spoken & consulted throughout North America, Asia, and Europe. John Campbell

John Campbell, JD is trial and appellate lawyer turned law professor turned jury researcher.John trained as a trial lawyer under John Simon, a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates, and then went on to become a successful consumer attorney. John’s verdicts and settlements exceed $350 million. John has also handled appeals in the Eighth, Second, Tenth, and Fourth Circuit, as well as the United States Supreme Court and a variety of state courts.
John served as a law professor teaching evidence, torts, and appellate practice at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law for nine years. There he founded the Civil Justice Research Initiative, dedicated to better understanding jury behavior through rigorous empirical research. John resigned his position as a professor to focus on jury research, but he continues to run the Civil Justice Research Initiative. Edward P. Capozzi, Esq.

Edward Capozzi is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney. He is the author and creator of “The Domino Theory” published by Trial Guides and regularly lectures nationally on trial techniques and cross-examination of defense medical experts. In 2014, Mr. Capozzi received the New Jersey Law Journal’s Personal Injury Hall of Fame Award for receiving the largest verdict in the state in a products liability case and in 2012-2020 received at least one, and as many as three, of the state’s top 20 verdicts or settlements. In 2018, he achieved the highest settlement in an auto case in the State. He is currently the Immediate Past President of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ). Mr. Capozzi exclusively handles auto, trucking, elevator and other catastrophic personal injury cases. He’s married with 4 children living in Kinnelon, NJ.
Dr. Shaun Kondamuri

Shaun Kondamuri, MD, has been practicing Interventional Pain Management since completing his fellowship in pain management in 1995. He has been the Managing Director of Midwest Interventional Spine Specialists since its inception in 1996. He also serves as medical director of the Pain Center of St. Mary Medical Center. He is triple Board Certified in Internal Medicine (1991), Anesthesiology (1996), and Pain Medicine (1998) with Subspecialty Certification in Pain Medicine (2003, 2014) from the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is an expert in non-surgical care for spine pain. Dr. Kondamuri regularly participates in research trials and works with the most advanced techniques and state-of-the-art technology for the treatment and management of pain.
Dr. Kondamuri completed his fellowship in Pain Management from Yale University. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at University of Stony Brook where he was also the Senior Team Leader. Steve Langer

Steven L. Langer, of the Valparaiso, Indiana law firm of Langer & Langer, now in his 40th year of practice concentrates on plaintiff’s medical malpractice law and complex litigation. Mr. Langer is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is a past President of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Langer is a past President of the College of Fellows of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
Jon Lomurro

Jonathan H. Lomurro is a trial attorney from New Jersey with the firm Lomurro Law. He is board certified in Medical Malpractice Law and as a Civil Trial Attorney. He handles medical negligence and catastrophic personal injury matters. He earned his LL.M. as a Master of Law in Trial Advocacy from Temple and has authored several books on Legal Practice. He recently published through AAJ the litigation guide, Dropping the Digital Anchor. And he also annually releases the books New Jersey Medical Malpractice Law and New Jersey Legal Malpractice Law.
Mr. Lomurro is an extensive lecturer in the field of Medical Malpractice, Trial Techniques, and Technology in the Courtroom.

Judge Melissa May

Born in Elkhart, Indiana, Melissa S. May studied criminal justice at Indiana University-South Bend before earning her law degree from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 1984. She then launched a 14-year career in private legal practice in Evansville that focused on insurance defense and personal injury litigation.
Judge May moved directly from private practice to the Court of Appeals in 1998 and was retained by election in 2000 and 2010. Prior to this year, she served as Presiding Judge of the Fourth District, which covers all of Indiana.
Judge May has long been active in local, state and national bar associations and foundations, with a particular focus on continuing legal education and appellate practice. At various times, Judge May has chaired the Indiana State Bar Association’s Litigation and Appellate Practice sections and was secretary to the Board of Governors.
As chair of the Indiana Pro Bono Commission (for the public good), Judge May worked with 14 pro bono districts to train lawyers and mediators on how to assist homeowners facing foreclosure. She currently serves on the Coalition for Court Access which provides a focused and comprehensive organizational structure for Indiana’s civil legal aid programs.
Judge May teaches trial advocacy at Indiana University McKinney School of Law and frequently speaks on legal topics to attorneys, other Judges, schools, and other professional and community organizations. She is special counsel to the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Attorney Specialization, on which she’s served since 2003.
In October 2011, Judge May received the Women in the Law Recognition Award from the Indiana State Bar Association for her dedication to helping women advance in the legal community.

Adrienne Meiring

Adrienne Meiring is the Executive Director of the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission and Counsel to the Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications/Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission. Adrienne received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the Ohio State University in 1990, graduating summa cum laude. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the Ohio State College of Law in 1993 and was named to the Order of the Coif. Upon graduation from law school, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Rudy Lozano, U.S. District Court Judge for the Northern District of Indiana/Hammond Division. Adrienne’s prior legal experience includes litigating employment discrimination cases in Indiana and Kentucky on behalf of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Adrienne also previously worked for many years as a sex crimes prosecutor at the Marion County Prosecutor's Office in Indianapolis. Adrienne serves on the board of the Association of Judicial Disciplinary Counsel. In her spare time, she likes to swim, box, paint, and spend time with her two children.
Christian Morris

Christian Morris, Esq., is a personal injury trial attorney with a track record of winning. Licensed in California, Nevada, New Jersey, and having successfully passed the New York bar, her nationwide practice is entirely contingency fee based and consists of a wide variety of catastrophic personal injury and death cases. She has represented countless victims of person injury incidents across the United States. She recently obtained a $31 million dollar verdict for a catastrophically injured client.
Christian was voted Nevada’s Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Nevada Justice Association for 2019. She is the second woman in twenty-two years to receive the honor. Christian also serves on the Board of Governors for the American Association of Justice.

Marion Munley

Marion Munley, partner at Munley Law, is a champion of the civil justice system with more than 30 years of experience representing the catastrophically injured. She has a venerable record of leadership in the legal profession; a longstanding member of American Association for Justice, Munley currently serves on its Board of Governors, Executive Committee, and on the Board of Trustees for the National College of Advocacy. She belongs to the AAJ Women Trial Lawyers Caucus and served as chair from 2016-2017; and to the AAJ Trucking Litigation Group where she became the first female chair in 2018. In 2020, Marion received the American Association for Justice Trucking Litigation Group’s Robert W. Munley Pursuit of Justice Award, formerly the Chairman’s Award, renamed for her father and Munley Law founder Robert W. Munley. Among her other professional affiliations are the American Board of Trial Advocates, the International Society of Barristers, and the Summit Council, an exclusive group of today’s top civil justice attorneys committed to the highest levels of trial advocacy, to obtaining justice for individuals and families who have been hurt by corporate wrongdoing, and to the protection of the civil justice system.
Munley was the second woman in Pennsylvania to become board-certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). She has earned triple board certification from the NBTA in Civil Trial, Civil Practice, and Truck Accident Law
Marion earned her juris doctor from Temple University School of Law; she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton and studied at the London School of Economics and Trinity College in Dublin.
Munley was the second woman in Pennsylvania to become board-certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). She has earned triple board certification from the NBTA in Civil Trial, Civil Practice, and Truck Accident Law

Jackie Rochelle

Jackie Olinger Rochelle has spent her legal career dedicated to victims of asbestos exposure. She began her clerking for an asbestos litigation firm while in law school, and upon graduation, worked there as an attorney, until joining Maune Raichle Hartley French & Mudd, where she is currently employed. She spent the first part of her career focusing on defendant liability, where she helped build cases against asbestos defendants and assisted with trials. She has since expanded her practice to focus on all aspects of the litigation from intake to trial, and focuses her practice exclusively on victims of mesothelioma. She is committed to seeing that asbestos victims and their families receive compensation for the wrongs committed by asbestos defendants.
Jackie is actively involved in the American Association for Justice (AAJ). She currently sits on the Board of Governors and Executive Committee. She is the current Chair of the Diversity Committee and the Voter Protection Action Committee. She also serves on several committees including, Compliance, Convention Planning, National Finance, Public Affairs, and Trial Lawyers Care. Additionally, Jackie is past chair of the New Lawyers’ Division, and the Minority Caucus. She is also active in her local bar associations, including the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the Mound City Bar Association.

Roy Tabor

For more than 40 years, Roy Tabor has focused on life-changing events resulting from personal injuries or wrongful death.
Roy has helped hundreds of families navigate the legal system and has obtained substantial settlements and verdicts to help try to compensate them for their losses. Roy is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
He has received numerous honors and distinctions, including his being selected to the list of the Nation's Top One Percent of attorneys by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel and named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the American Trial Lawyers Association. Jay Vaughn

Jay was born in Louisville, Kentucky. He received his undergraduate degree from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky in 1999. Jay graduated from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2002. He is licensed to practice in both Kentucky and Ohio.
Jay has received Martindale-Hubbell's esteemed "AV" rating, which recognizes lawyers with the highest ethical standards and professional ability. Since 2013, he has been named to the Kentucky Super Lawyers, which recognizes no more than 5% of attorneys in Kentucky. In 2020 and 2021, Jay was recognized as one of the Top 50 Kentucky Super Lawyers. Jay has tried numerous cases ranging from automobile collision cases to multi-week nursing home neglect cases. He is asked to speak both locally and nationally to other lawyers having given over 115 presentations on a variety of legal topics. Jay is currently serving on the Executive Committee as Secretary for Kentucky Justice Association and is very active with both the American Association for Justice where he is an officer for the Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group and Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, where he serves on their Board of Regents.
Jay focuses his practice on commercial motor vehicle, car wreck, personal injury, traumatic brain injury, and wrongful death cases. He is one of the first 10 Board Certified Truck Accident attorneys in the country, which is an ABA-accredited certification through the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Jay understands that his clients have had their lives turned upside down due to the fault of someone else which is the reason for him working tirelessly to achieve justice for his clients, help make up for what was taken from them and giving them hope for the future.
