Hicks & Nogan provide expert consulting services to the legal profession. Jay is an experienced expert who has assisted Indiana attorneys throughout his 20+ years of forensic work. Richard Hicks passed away in July of 2023. His memory lives on and he is very much missed. Jay Nogan has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Delaware. Jay’s services include investigation and analysis, preparation of reports, consultation during development of a case, and testimony. He have testified in Indiana courts and in other states, and on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. The major areas in which his expertise is commonly engaged are: Accident (Crash) Reconstruction, Mechanical Failures, Mobile Equipment Accidents, Motorcycle Operation, and Vehicle Engineering.
