​Bryan Milner is a Senior Structured Settlement Consultant with Milner Settlements, brokered through Sage Settlement Consulting.  He has provided high quality service to ITLA members and their clients for over 19 years, and continues to be a long-term supporter of ITLA.  Bryan was the first structure consultant to introduce plaintiff-only structured settlement representation in the state of Indiana. Bryan takes on a compassionate, comprehensive approach.  He understands the important and complex financial decisions that face individuals and families who are receiving settlements.
